• Local Storage: Learning content is cached locally on your device for offline access.
• Voice Processing: Voice generation is performed locally on your device using ONNX TTS technology, ensuring your audio data remains private.
• Encryption: All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using secure protocols.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties for their commercial purposes.

We may disclose your information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Firebase, AI APIs) to help us provide and improve our services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• AI Processing: Text content may be sent to AI services for translation, analysis, or chat features. We anonymize data where possible and do not share personally identifiable information.

Pic Learn offers premium features through in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store, and we do not store your payment information. Your subscription status is processed through Apple's systems in accordance with their privacy policies.

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

Our App is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using Pic Learn, you agree to be bound by these terms.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pic Learn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to spam, harass, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
